Ambassador Posts: In this section of the hub, you are able to see the content that your ambassadors are posting about your brand. This is where posts will pull into the platform as long as you and the ambassador have authenticated your social accounts. 

• To authenticate your account: sign into your socials via Settings>Connected Accounts. 
• For ambassadors: they would need to make sure that they have a Business Facebook account and also a Creator Instagram account in order to properly authenticate their account. 
  • There are 2 main reasons that posts may not be showing in this tab: 
    • Socials are not properly authenticated 
    • Creators are not aware of the mentions & hashtags to use when posting

At the top of the page, you will see the ability to filter posts by a number of different qualifications including platform, date posted, and specific campaign posts.

All Mentions: This is what we consider to be a social listening tool. With all mentions you can see anyone using the @ function on social media to post about your brand. Once you have authenticated your social accounts, you are able to see posts pull into this tab organically to see who is posting about you and potentially add them as a creator if they fit your brand.
