Communications: Chat With Your Creators

Located in Communication Tab > Chat

Brands with the most successful programs know the importance of communicating quickly and efficiently with your creators. Our in-app Chat feature allows you to do just that. 

Here you have five primary actions you can take: 

  1. Direct Message: Proactively DM or respond to DMs from any of the creators in your program

• To create a new direct message, click on the blue + next to Conversations, and type in the name of the ambassador you would like to contact. Or, select an ambassador from the list on the right side of the screen

  2. Community Chat: Communicate with your entire creator community in one place 

• This also gives your creators a chance to ask questions to the community or share best practices 

  3. Content Approvals: When your campaigns require content approval, this is where those submissions are housed

  4. Groups: Communicate in a community format with specific Groups you have set up (tiers of creators) 

  5. Campaigns: Chat with creators who have opted into specific campaigns for updates or reminders
