Track your Tickets and Activity: Create a Help Center Account

Welcome to the Pattern Creators Help Center

This article will walk you through creating a Help Center profile so you can easily track your support activity, stay updated on any tickets you submit, and keep everything organized in one accessible place. We’re committed to making support simple, transparent, and easy to follow, and this guide will help you get started.
 

Creating an Account

  1. Go to the top-right corner of the Help Center and click Sign in 


 

  1. Select “New to Pattern Creators? Sign up.” and complete the short account setup.

  1. Once signed in, you can explore the Help Center, follow articles for quick access, and file support requests. Support requests can be submitted from several locations throughout the Pattern Creators Help Center. 


  2. To access any filed tickets or followed content, click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select My activities.



     

My Activities

The My Activities tab includes: 

  • All tickets you’ve submitted while signed in
    • Please note: any tickets submitted without signing in may not show up in your ticket list, so you would need to track those via email. 
  • Ticket numbers, subjects, creation dates, last activity, and status
  • Statuses such as:
    • Open – awaiting your reply
    • Pending/On-hold – in progress
    • Solved – completed/closed

If you ever need to reopen a solved ticket, you can reply directly within that request to create a follow-up, and our team will jump back in.


Optional Tabs

  • Contributions: any community posts or comments you make 
  • Following: articles or public threads you’ve chosen to follow for updates and easy access 
    • The Follow button will appear on individual articles or in specific article sections, depending on what you’re viewing
