A: Payments are automatically deducted every 30 days on your statement close date, which is 30 days after your hub goes live, via ACH from your connected bank account. To ensure everything is set up smoothly, we recommend verifying your account info through Plaid or micro deposits.
Q: Why do I need to connect my bank account with Plaid?

Q: How do micro deposits work for account verification?
A: Micro deposits are small test amounts (usually under $1) deposited and withdrawn from your account to verify it's valid. Once we send you instructions and verify your account, you'll get an email with the deposited amounts. Send this info to your Implementation/Account Manager to finalize the process.
Q: Do you handle creator taxes?
A: Absolutely! We can take care of 1099 forms for your creators. We charge a small fee of $8.50 per form to cover administrative costs.

A: Creators link their bank accounts or PayPal for payouts. By default, ACH is used if both are provided.

A: Click the creator’s name in their profile, scroll down to "Referral Link," and add the product-specific link you want them to promote.
Q: How can I see a creator’s engagement, views, and reach?
A: Click "Analytics" in their profile to see engagement, average views, and total reach for each integrated platform.
Q: Why can’t I see a creator’s analytics?
A: Their social media profile might be private. They’ll need to make it public for you to view their analytics.
Q: What’s the difference between "Products" and "Product Seeding"?
A: The "Products" tab shows available products with links for creators to share. "Product Seeding" lets you create orders and send free products to creators directly through the platform.
Q: What does "Estimated Spend" mean on the reporting page?
A: It shows the total amount paid to creators for the current pay period.
Q: How do I flag a suspicious creator sale?
A: You can flag a suspicious sale in two ways:
- Quick Fix: Go to the "In Progress" tab under "Payments," find the creator, and click the pencil icon next to their "Total Sales." From there, you can reject the questionable sale.
- Detailed Review: Go to the "Reporting" tab, select "All Sales," and search for the creator or order ID. Once you find the order, click the ellipsis button to reject it.
