Credits
Credits on your Pattern Creators account are the currency that allows you to complete high-value actions to grow and optimize your affiliate program.
- Trial accounts: You receive an initial allotment of credits to test and explore all functionality of the Pattern Creators platform. Trial credits never expire!
- Monthly plans: Your credits refresh each month, allowing you to gather contacts, send recruiting emails, and manage affiliates within the platform. Credits unlock essential features for discovering, recruiting, and managing creators.
How Credits Work
Your account is assigned a specific number of credits when you start a trial or subscribe to a monthly plan.
These credits can be used for the following actions:
Creator Contact Lookups
- Used to source emails of creators you want to add as contacts to recruit them to your program (1 credit = 1 creator contact added)
- Credits are not required for creators or prospects whose emails you import directly into the platform
Recruiting Sequences
- Send recruiting emails or email sequences to creators to encourage them to join your program (1 credit = 1 recruiting sequence sent to 1 creator)
- Emails can include CTA buttons linking directly to your application page or any landing page of your choice
Accepted Creators
- Enable CRM functionality to track content, sales, and maintain dedicated ambassador accounts for your creators (1 credit = 1 unique creator account enabled)
Shop Connections
- Connect one or more online stores for your brand via Shopify or other supported platforms (1 credit = 1 unique store integrated)

Earning Additional Credits
Once your trial credits are used, you must convert to a monthly subscription plan to continue credit-enabled actions (e.g., sourcing creator emails or sending outreach). Plans start with the Basic Plan and scale up from there, with credit pricing and allotments varying by plan.
On a Subscription Plan, credits refresh each month according to your plan’s allotment. If you run out of a specific credit type before the month ends, you have two options:
- Wait for your next monthly reset, when credits automatically refresh
- Purchase additional credits to continue your actions
If your usage regularly exceeds your credit allotment, you can upgrade your plan. Our team will adjust your credit levels to meet your business needs while keeping subscription costs as low as possible!
