Payments UI Update: Fall 2025

We’re excited to introduce a redesigned payments experience that is simpler and more intuitive, delivering the clearest possible information about who you’re paying, why, and what’s happening with the money. 

With this update, you can track your payment flows and answer payment questions from ambassadors more easily than ever. And this is just the beginning!


Key Updates:


Unified Payment View

  • No more clicking through multiple tabs to find a payment! 
  • All payment statuses are now visible in one place, making it easier to identify specific transactions, communicate statuses and make adjustments if necessary.



Smarter, Streamlined Workflow

  • A refreshed interface makes it easier to track progress and troubleshoot issues, helping everyone stay on task and work more efficiently. 
  • When ambassadors are missing necessary payment information (e.g. bank info, a W-9), or there’s a problem with a given payment method (e.g. a faulty Paypal email), those issues will be clear to all so that payment blockers can be resolved as quickly as possible.
     



Improved Insights on Failed Payments

  • When creator payments fail (usually due to incorrect payment info or closed accounts), you can take quick, direct action to support creators and resubmit payments as needed. 
  • Failed payments will stay visible until resolved, and payment reissues are processed automatically – usually within one hour! – once payment information is confirmed or updated. 




 



Upgraded Creator Interface

  • The creator’s view in your hub has been updated to match our new, clearer payment statuses, enabling consistent communication between you and your creators.
