W-9/1099 Creator Guide

After logging into your Pattern Creators or brand-specific account, go to Account Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen.

From there, open the Taxes dropdown in your profile to access your tax forms.

In this Tax dropdown, you can upload your W-9 or review and verify your existing information.

To access your 1099 form for the fiscal year, go to Account Settings, just like with your W-9. There, you can download and view your form. 

Note: If you earned less than $600 as a creator for a brand, you will not receive a 1099 form, so don’t worry if you don’t see one in your account.

If you are eligible (earning more than $600), you will also receive an email from the brand notifying you when your 1099 form is ready with a link to login to your account and go to account settings.
