Welcome to the Campaign Overview article!
Campaigns in the Current Tech platform are designed to help you effectively plan, execute, and monitor your marketing campaigns with influencers. With various features to streamline the process, the platform ensures you can achieve your campaign objectives efficiently and effectively.
Let's get started!
2. Once you enter Campaigns, you will see the main screen, which is usually defaulted to live campaigns if you have any. You will also see the option to view past campaigns, or start a new one!
3. Let's create a new campaign!
Note: You may find this near the top of your screen and/or in the middle if you do not already have campaigns started.
This will then take you to the setup screen where you can add and edit:
1. A campaign name.
2. Your preferred date range.
3. Ambassador opt-in end date.
4. The groups you want involved. Groups can include a specific set of people and be created for a particular sale, season, or product drop.
- For example: you can create a campaign specifically for Black Friday deals or services and add all your contacts to a Black Friday group within the campaign. This ensures all your approved ambassadors have the opportunity to participate!
- You can also add a description to outline specific qualifications for your campaign when adding a new group.
- This ensures that commissions, rates, and other important details are properly considered throughout the campaign's duration.
5. Team Lead: The primary contact(s) at your brand for creators, providing direct support with campaigns, products, and their ambassador status. Be sure to define who can help with what if you add multiple contacts in this field.
6. Links: Provide creators with additional resources like product reviews, Google Drive materials, or other important ambassador tools. These can be included in the campaign summary and/or initial emails for easy access.
7. Contracts: Uploaded by you in your account settings, these outline ambassador guidelines for compliance and payment.
- Both links and contracts will be included in the initial email to ensure creators have all necessary information upfront.
8. A content approval requirement: this is helpful if you'd like to review creator submissions before they’re posted.
9. Lastly, you'll be prompted to fill out the campaign summary:
- Use this section to outline the campaign’s objectives and share relevant details, such as content guidelines and expectations. Including elements like photos, videos, inspiration, and best practices helps ensure that influencers create content that aligns with your brand.
- If needed, refer to the "Example Summary" on the right-hand side for guidance.
