4. Scheduling Discount Codes

If you are running specific sales for specific dates and do not want to try to remember to change codes first thing in the morning, or waking up at midnight, this is where you would schedule discount codes in advance.

• In order to schedule discount codes to change, you want to create a template (see instructions above on how to create a template) and schedule that template for when you want it to start and end. 

• Once you have done that and created the template, you will see that the template is now scheduled in your templates tab. 
• Selecting the template you want this scheduled update to impact will prompt all discount codes within that template to change for the timeframe of that sale that you have set. You will check the template box, click on the ellipses, and then "Move Codes to New Template"

   

  

• This will prompt another window where you will be able to move demo template codes to a new template. If you changed the naming convention in the new template, you will want to make sure that you check that as well as checking if you want the codes to be activated immediately(unchecked), or if you want them to start on the date that you set the template to start(checked)

• Once done you will see that you have successfully scheduled those codes to go into effect  on the date that they are assigned.
