1. Creating Discount Codes
Creating Discount Code Templates in the Current hub will enable you to assign creators a specific code that they can share with their followers that are interested in purchasing from them.
To create: Go into Settings > Discount Codes > + New Template. This will provide a dropdown where you can select if you want to create a Basic Code, a Buy X Get Y type of code, or a Free Shipping code.

Once you have entered a name for the template, you can control the Discount Code Naming Convention which allows you to order a list of rules that the system will work through to ensure your codes are created without failure.
(Examples of these rules include: LastName + Discount, FirstName + Discount, FirstName + LastName, etc.)

Next, you can set Discount Value, options include a percentage model or a set dollar amount. Additionally, you can decide if you want the discount codes to apply to all products, specific products, or specific collections.

TIP: When searching for products within this function, you need to make sure that Current is added as a sales channel or the products you are searching for will not show up.

Lastly, choose if you would like this template to apply to all customers, or a specific segment of customers. Select whether this template can be combined with product discounts, order discounts, or free shipping discounts. Then, verify if you want there to be any active start/end dates for the discount code template.
- TIP: Adding this is ideal if you have specific sale that you are running for a set amount of time.
