The Recruit and Program tabs in the Current Tech platform are essential for you to manage campaigns, influencers, and partnerships effectively. Let's get started!
Note: Usage of these features may be limited or gated based on your plan. To monitor usage rates & see plan details, please refer to your Account settings and click on Usage and Payments.
After logging into your hub, you will be defaulted to the Program tab. For clarity within this article, you should start by navigating to the Recruit tab, which is located just above the Program tab.
The Recruit tab allows you to search, discover, and invite creators to your campaigns. This is where you can filter influencers based on demographics, engagement rates, and other criteria to find the perfect fit for your marketing needs.
Click through the tabs below to learn more about Recruit.
This is where you'll search for creators who match your brand's target audience. The following screenshots highlight the filtering options available.
- Refine your search using filters like social media platform, location, follower count, and content type.
- Toward the bottom of the filter options, you can also choose to hide favorites, contacts, and influencers already in existing programs. This helps ensure you're always discovering the best creators for your campaigns.
Add prospects from your search to either your favorites or contacts list to access their contact details.
- When adding to favorites, you can create custom lists to keep things organized.
- After selecting creators in your favorites list, you’ll have several actions available at the top, such as exporting to CSV, deleting, filtering by engagement or views, refreshing, and more.
- Clicking the 3 ‘More Info’ dots lets you move or rename lists, find lookalike creators, and more.
Lastly, you can move favorites to your contact list from this tab. Keep in mind, this may require you to utilize credits.
- These credits are used to retrieve prospects' contact info when they are added to 'Contacts'. If you have access, and have reached your credit limit, you can still add contacts for a fee or upgrade your plan.
- After selecting creators, you’ll see options to export, email, set up sequences, delete, apply filters like email status and follower count, and add contacts to your ambassador program.
- The 'More Info' option works like it does in Favorites, but in Contacts, you can also invite selected contacts to a TikTok Shop Invitation.
- On the right of your page, there’s an email option with credit details. Depending on your plan, you will have access to get credits for emailing prospects and creators yourself. If you exceed your limit, you can pay per email or upgrade your plan.
- In this tab, you can approve or reject creators.
- Rejected creators will move to the 'Rejected' section, next to the default 'Pending' button.
- Approved creators are added to your Program.
- Like the Favorites and Contacts tabs, you’ll find filtering and exporting options at the top.
- Finally, you can customize your view by clicking 'More Info' when no applicants are selected, helping you organize your program based on your preferences.
The Program tab serves as the central hub for ambassador management and group creation. This area helps you oversee ongoing partnerships and evaluate their success.
Click through the tabs below to learn more about Program. When you enter the Program tab, you'll see a page identical to the Applicants section we covered in the Recruit tab overview. Please visit that section for more details on this tab.
This setup allows you to view information specific to approved applicants without needing to switch between tabs.
The Ambassadors tab is where you’ll manage the creators you’ve approved into specific programs launched for your brand.
- This section offers various filters and features to help you customize your view as we have seen other sections cover. Take time to explore these options in your Ambassadors tab before and after selecting creators to find what suits your needs.
- You can switch between login, non-login, or all ambassadors, depending on your campaign setup.
- Some campaigns may require a creator to log in, while others, like affiliate programs, might not.
- Lastly, you can add new creators directly through this tab, allowing for easy management across your platform.
- It simplifies the process of bulk-adding specific creators to campaigns without needing to select them individually (though you can still do that if you prefer).
- Click the "+" icon on the right to access a form where you can input group details and choose ambassadors to include.
- Once completed, the group will appear in your list.
