Navigating Your Analytics Dashboard

This article is to give you a breakdown on how to navigate your Creator Dashboard, specifically around the Analytics tab. 

Social Stats: 

This section shows you the Total Reach, Avg Views, and Engagement Rate of ALL of your connected accounts. 

Important Note: To increase the number of your Social Stats, you will want to make sure you connect/link as many of your accounts that are the most interacted with as possible. 

Reach Per Platform:

This section provides you with a breakdown of each of your Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, & TikTok accounts and will give you a breakdown of the reach and engagement for each one. 

Post Mentions: 

Post Mentions shows you how many posts you have uploaded about the brand (according to the mentions and hashtags that you've utilized) as well as the last post date. 

Posts: 

This section will actually be able to provide you the uploaded content so that you can see and review them from here. If you do not see a piece of content that you have added through your social channel, you can manually upload the piece of content. (See Posts article)
